Gideon Ariel represented Israel in the 1960 and 1964 Olympics as a shot put and discus thrower. He often says that he was “more heart than talent,” and it was his dedication that helped him succeed. That heart for fitness followed him throughout his life and the many, many accomplishments he achieved. Last year, Gideon was faced with a having a Kidney transplant. The man who had been healthy and fit his entire life was faced with a challenge that changed his life forever. But, Gideon wasn’t ready to give up his passion for fitness yet. At the young age of 78 years old, Gideon turned to the Endless Pools Fitness Systems E700 to exercise without impact to his new kidney. The buoyancy and natural resistance of the water, coupled with the smooth flow of the swim machine and low-impact underwater treadmill, provide Gideon with a place to exercise safely and effectively. Today, Gideon is an example of perseverance as he exercises every day in his Endless Pools Fitness Systems E700.
