How Do I Install a Swim Spa or Fitness System, & How Long Does it Take?
Upon purchase of your new swim spa or Fitness System, your local retailer will provide you with a delivery guide that will outline each step of the installation process. It will outline which parts you are responsible for, and where and how your installer can assist. The process itself will vary depending on how well the space is prepared for delivery and if there are any unforeseen delays that may occur; it will require working together to achieve a successful fitness pool installation with minimum delays.
Your Endless Pools® retailer will assist you with your swim spa installation. However, there are several preparation steps that the customer is responsible for before the delivery and installation of the Fitness System can begin. This first includes preparing the site where you’ll want your swim spa installed.
Customers may choose to install their Fitness System inside or outside on a patio or deck. Something to keep in mind when preparing the location is having a good understanding of how structurally sound the area is. You want to choose an even surface that can withstand the weight of the system on its own and, when it’s filled with water. Also, ensure you select a space where the water will drain away from your electrical equipment compartment. Need help deciding where to play your system? No problem – schedule a backyard consultation with your local Endless Pools® Fitness Systems retailer.
When the system is delivered, you may need to make room near the installation site as well and temporarily remove part of a gate or fence to clear the path for delivery. Ground preparation and electrical requirements must also be fulfilled by the customer for the installation of their fitness pool. Both must be performed by qualified and licensed professionals.
As your date of delivery nears, keep in contact with your Endless Pools® retailer and discuss any concerns or questions you have about the installation and timeline. The goal is to have the fitness pool installed as quickly as possible without compromising safety or care. The sooner you can start benefiting from the features of your new swim spa, the better.
